Problem :
Anyone can have a product idea. Turning a regulated healthcare concept into something safe, focused, and buildable is where most attempts fall apart. Skip real discovery and you build for imagined users. Skip prioritization and you try to build everything at once. Treat compliance as a final review and you build something you legally can't ship. Hand engineering a vague brief and they build the wrong thing — correctly. The hard part of product management was never the concept; it's the disciplined chain from user evidence to a spec an engineer can build without guessing.
Challenge :
This is the full product-development lifecycle, run as an artifact-driven system. Twenty-six numbered artifacts move through three sequential phases — Discovery, Strategy, and Execution — from first-party interviews and opportunity mapping, through positioning, compliance audit, and unit economics, to a complete PRD and agentic logic spec. Phase rules govern each stage, and an automated audit scores every artifact before it earns its way into the next.
Solution :
The work had to hold together as a single traceable system. Every scope decision needed to trace back to a named interview and a tested assumption; compliance and ethics had to be strategy inputs rather than afterthoughts; and each artifact had to be rigorous enough that engineering could build straight from it — without a follow-up meeting to explain what it meant.
Summary :
Every moat and scope choice traces to interview evidence and a prioritised assumption. A compliance audit caught four critical findings and closed all of them before a line of code. Execution ends in a spec plus a synthetic-data harness that engineering can build against, and nine inter-phase handshakes were verified before handoff. This is product management practised as an evidence-gated system — not a set of opinions.
